This just in (or not) – Launching of the Atlantis: NASA’s final shuttle mission

Yesterday, history was made; NASA’s last manned shuttle (STS -135)was launched into sky for the last time. Its final mission was to resupply and refuel the International Space Station; as of today NASA will be focusing on traveling beyond moon in exploration missions while various unmanned robotic units will be dealing with the maintenance of the station and various satellites.  So think of this as not an end, but an excellent beginning leading to warp drives, phasers, and yes maybe even the force.
