Movie Review: Kung Fu Panda 3

If you don’t believe a CGI, comical, martial artist bear can’t be entertaining for a third time – then you don’t know Jack… uh, Black.

This just in (Or not): Kylo Ren goes… Undercover!

What does Star Wars, Undercover Boss, and SNL have in common? Normally nothing but today a great deal.

Trailer-Rama Week: Anchorman 2 – The Legend Continues

And it’s about time people! Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy was a laugh out loud comedy about a newscaster who was like a deity among men, but the times were changing and not in his favor. At the end he learned a lot about himself and that journalism wasn’t (well mostly) about having good hair or fame but bringing the news to all. That movie was in 2004 and deserved a sequel two years later and not almost ten years later. Well… If there’s one thing I’ve learned on my short time on Earth so far, is that it’s never too late for a sequel.  I’m glad it’s a movie I like too in this case, so on December 20 get your rear and gear, comb your sweet stache, and jump in the family pacer to go see a great movie. After nine year, I won’t accept anything less.

Trailer-Rama: Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2

Now people I didn’t have anything against  Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, I actually enjoyed it to a degree. Its story was rather complete, it tied up all the loose ends and all the characters more or less played their parts well. Now there is going to be a sequel: Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. I’ll be honest, I didn’t see this one coming because the ending of the first movie was, again, rather complete. Also from the trailer something’s a bit off from the first flick, maybe it’s the voice actors, maybe it’s the premise, maybe it’s the fact that the sequel is four years apart. I don’t know, but the first movie was good despite my doubts so I’m willing to give Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 a chance.  And hey, if its bad then it would make a good review to listen to.

That’s Gamertainment – Ninja Bird Bongol Battle

Ninja-Bird

So a couple of months ago posted a funny clip from the late night Conan O’Brien show during a mock review of Resident Evil 6 – it was funny. Now, not to be outdone, Jimmy Kimmel takes it one step further by participating in the game development process – with his Aunt Chippy. All I got to say is the game looks like a winner.

Sweet Chirstmas! – It’s A SpongeBob Christmas Music Video

Ah SpongeBob SquarePants, he’s clocking over 12 years as Nickelodeon’s golden toon. He’s funny, he’s stupid, the show slides in a few undercover adult jokes, and even does Christmas specials. But I’ll be honest ladies and gentleman, the funniest special of them all had this Music Video in it. It taught the kiddies all the good qualities of the holidays – by not being a jerk. Enjoy!

Trailer-Rama: South Park and the Stick of Truth

You know South Park has an interesting parallel to their video game properties. While the show is brilliantly written (despite their habit of using shock content tactics), and a clever commentary of our life and times; the games however, and at best, are base line fare without anyunqiueness about them. That’s all about to chance thanks to their upcoming game: South Park – the Stick of Truth. Why? Because the creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, are taking a personal hand in this one – creating it just like a episode in the show. And if you doubt that check this trailer out and see for yourself; 2013 is already shaping up to be an awesome year indeed.
