Movie Review: Star Trek – Beyond

You know people are focusing on the rivalry between Marvel and D.C. films lately, however compared to the sci-fi civil war of the Stars (Star Trek vs Star Wars) those two are rookies. Now both Stars movies will come out this year, Star Trek Beyond is first and Rouge One (A Star Wars joint) will be this year. So let’s see if Star Trek’s opening shot is a good one.

Trailer-Rama: The Suicide Rouge Trek Beyond the Shadows

Well people it looks like Hollywood wants more money. Thanks to the new, and impressive, trailers that just came, out they’ll be getting ours in the nearby future. Oh well, at least I’ll be entertained while going cash poor.

Forget the science lesson, the real deal is at the end

Movie Review: Transformers – Age of Extinction

We watched it, we loved it, it was a great movie – deal with it! By the by highest grossing film of the year, deal with that also.

Trailer-Rama: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014)

They made another TMNT 2014 trailer, it’s awesome, haters need to find the bridge and get over it. Also, we had The Shredder, then Super Shredder, now Mecha Shredder – the evolution of the bad guy is now complete.

Haters are going to hate people, haters are going to hate. They’re gonna hate the concept, they’re gonna hate the actors, they’re gonna hate the CG, they’re gonna hate the story, they’re gonna hate the soundtrack, they’re gonna hate the fight scenes, they’re gonna hate the producers, they’re gonna hate for hate sake and they’re certainly gonna hate Micheal Bay. However people; if you watch this trailer and see the potential, that maybe, just maybe, this new take on TMNT might be good, then, we here at the Armada, will salute you.

Yes, it’s another sequel.

Yes, it’s going to be awesome.

Deal with it.

Trailer-Rama Week: Anchorman 2 – The Legend Continues

And it’s about time people! Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy was a laugh out loud comedy about a newscaster who was like a deity among men, but the times were changing and not in his favor. At the end he learned a lot about himself and that journalism wasn’t (well mostly) about having good hair or fame but bringing the news to all. That movie was in 2004 and deserved a sequel two years later and not almost ten years later. Well… If there’s one thing I’ve learned on my short time on Earth so far, is that it’s never too late for a sequel.  I’m glad it’s a movie I like too in this case, so on December 20 get your rear and gear, comb your sweet stache, and jump in the family pacer to go see a great movie. After nine year, I won’t accept anything less.

Movie Review – Star Trek: Into Darkness

Hi action and techno jargon abound, all that’s was missing is the Gagh.
