Let’s Review: Nintendo Spotlight E3 2017 (Nintendo’s E3 Press Conference of 2017)

Well people E3’s all done and everyone went home, but you know there’s one more review to do. Nintendo! Now most say they won the show, but what do I say? Start the video and find out.

Gameroween 2014: Video Game Characters that make good costumes (Yoshi)

Yoshi is a truly fearsome creature; don’t be fulled by his adorable looks and childlike demeanor. In addition to being a dinosaur, which you don’t want to cross anyway, he also has the ability to eat anything (even ghosts) and turn them into eggs in which then he can throw at enemies like mortars. If that wasn’t bad enough; Yoshi has also the ability to breath fire, grow wings to fly, and cause earthquakes – oh and shipshape too. Finally Yoshi can walk on spikes, the bane of video games characters everywhere, and is indestructible because no matter the injury, the attack, the bottomless pit, or some guy on his back – Yoshi keeps going strong. So going as Yoshi will be honor for any hardcore gamer, people may laugh and point but you know the truth – mutants, demons, and the undead are no match against the Yoshi.

Armada’s E3 picks: Yoshi’s Wooly World (Earily 2015)

Now people a bit of a warning: this next title is so cute that your teeth will begin to rot out due to the sugary sweetness of the content provided –  Yoshi’s Wooly World. Yes all, like Kirby’s Epic Yarn, Yoshi has somehow turned into fabric and his world into a crafting store (not literally but you’re getting what I’m saying here). As the player we must guide Yoshi through this non-threatening threatening environment using a combination of his old skills and new yawn abilities. Discover hidden secrets and paths throughout the adventure, and even invite a friend to help solve the mystery of his yarnafcation. Now before some of you dismiss this game for not being as brutally broken as a Dark Souls II please keep in mind that Nintendo games often look one way and play another – as this video evidence will show. OK, I know, cheap move but my point still valid; at least rent it once.
